My stay at this hotel was truly a hidden gem in Paris. The rooms may be on the small side but are exceptionally quiet with a fast Wi-Fi connection, and the cozy decor made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with attention to every detail and a touch of royal treatment. The location may not be in the center of Paris, but the excellent public transport links and authentic Parisian surroundings make it a great choice for those looking for a more local experience. The dining experience, although average, offered a decent selection of fresh food. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay with superior customer care.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even transferring us to the closest Mercure hotel with sincere apologies. They were incredibly helpful, from assisting with printing out boarding passes to being attentive throughout our stay.

I couldn't have asked for a better location in the 13th district. The hotel is conveniently situated near la Place d'Italie, the metro station, a large mall, and a variety of restaurants. The weekly market outside the hotel was a delightful bonus for fresh produce.
